Patio & Fire pit in Catamount

The client had a backyard space that was a turf area in poor shape and a water wasting area.  We transformed this area into a Xeric are by creating a patio with a hot tub and fire pit.  The landscape lighting makes it usable in the evening and late night as well.

We were asked be the owner to design and build a more efficient landscape while incorporating a patio and fire pit.  While in the design process the path from the front door to the patio was planned along with lighting.

This project has been another ongoing project.  Once again these owners are receptive and have creative ideas that make them fun to work with.

Building a outdoor living space that includes; enlarging the patio be installing pavers, creating a seat wall, installing a fire pit, building a BBQ enclosure, installing landscape lighting along the path and in the wall.  Making an area an enjoyable outdoor space.

Facelift to an old patio.

Remodel of an old composite deck.  The old decking was removed, a retaining wall was installed and pavers placed.  A brick oven was also installed.  All of the material for the installation had to be craned to the patio area.

The owners asked for a outdoor patio area that had a heat source.  They had a backyard that was unsustainable being that; this is their lake house and yard maintenance was not a priority, they did not want to stress the well by trying to water the turf area, a fire pit was not an option. After meeting the owners on site and coming up with some ideas the project has meet all the needs and desires.  Next year we add some plant material and shade sails while maintaining the view.
