Smaller Home in Downtown Steamboat

This is a smaller home in Steamboat that wanted a Xeric (water conscious design) landscape that would require little maintenance and allow for future planting. The project met and exceeded the owners wants, needs and budget requirements. Future planting has already been discussed.
